For most people when they first start out online they are confused with the word "niche". A nice is basically a specific group of people looking for stuff. So for example" 1. a person who want to lose weight. Well that is broad maybe its a person who is over 50 and wants to lose weight. The latter is much more targeted. 2. A person who wants to improve their metabolism could be a niche. 3. A person with knee pain 4. A person who have digestive problems.
